Terms of Service

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Nom AI provides a financially backed 99.99% uptime guarantee for its core extraction API. Downtime is calculated per calendar month. If uptime falls below 99.99%, enterprise clients are eligible for service credits corresponding to the percentage of downtime.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our APIs are strictly designed for lawful B2B usage. Rate limits are programmatically enforced via AWS WAF and Amazon API Gateway. Attempting to bypass throttling mechanisms, reverse-engineer the OCR models, or utilize the platform for processing illicit materials will result in immediate termination of the VPC peering connection.

3. Limitation of Liability

While Nom AI maintains a state-of-the-art security posture, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the incident. Nom AI is not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
